Tuesdays - Speed/ Agility / Conditioning (ages 7 - 17)
Wednesday - Powerlifting / Strength/ Power
Thursdays - Speed/ Agility / Conditioning (ages 12-17)

Saturday and Sunday 9:30 am Olympic Lifting Classes also available for more advanced lifters. (Cost is 8 classes for $80)

$225 for the whole summer
$7.75 a session - 29 sessions
Only - Monday and Wed - $120 for summer
Only -Tues and Thurs - $130 for summer
Register Before May 15th and ONLY pay $200 for the whole Summer.
